“Our driver and guide Hrvjoe was wonderful. He gave a lot of information during the castle tour . He accompanied us everywhere and made sure that we had everything we needed . The car provided to us was extremely uncomfortable and old . The seats wouldn’t tilt back . The drive was uncomfortable. For the price we paid , I expected a better car . That was the only let down. It was just an hour drive at a time , so it was manageable . But the car was extremely uncomfortable and took away from the experience.”

All of the buildings are on their original sites - this is not a village created by moving houses in from all over. Marshall Tito's home is open to the public; not all the furniture is original but one poignant detail I noticed was that the cradle, which WAS original, had many scratches on the floor from being rocked so often! (Tito had 7 siblings.)”
