“we had Marco pick us up, he was on time and very pleasant. He spent time explaining things about zagreb, rastoke and the parks. He gave us advise on good places to eat and enjoy food. We were not rushed we had time to enjoy the hike, take pictures and explore. it was worth the trip. even though the upper lakes are closed in winter it was still amazing.”

“Fantastic tour! My guide Lucy was absolutely amazing - her knowledge of the city was so impressive and she gave so much interesting and useful information in the 2.5hrs. The tour includes highlights of the Upper Town, Lower Town and a walk through the WWII tunnels, which I found especially interesting. I totally enjoyed this tour and would recommend to anyone arriving in Zagreb or passing through the city.”

“Whenever we travel abroad, we either use a private guide or the hoho bus. This bus arrived arrived in time and upon checking our app via GYG, we chose our seat. The headset issue is actually a problem for hygienic purpose, coz its being used over and over again. Lucky, I got a sanitiser and wipes to clean our head set. Bring your wipes or sanitisers or spare headset. I suggest don’t get off until the end of the journey which is near Zagreb Cathedral. We were given also a free fridge magnet and the journey was great, we passed along around Zagreb city center, st marks cathedral, funicular, mirogoj…”

“Mario was our driver and guide. He was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He picked us up on time and even dropped us off in front of our accommodation. Water and snacks were provided. We travelled with our child and Mario was very kind and patient with her. Van was comfortable and we were only 7 people. We had 2h of free time to walk around Ljubljana and some time extra at lake Bled. Both locations were beautiful and we got to see the main areas, walk around, and learn about their history.
